Spinach are extra rich, overflowing in vitamin A and K. A hundred-gram serving will take good care of keeping the eyes healthy and other age-related problems.  PREPARATION INSTRUCTION :
 1. Boil water in a pot. Take out the frozen spinach ball from the freezer and portion it in a bowl. Water and broccoli floret ratio is 2:1.
 2. Once water is boiled, pour the frozen spinach ball into the boiling water WITHOUT DEFROSTING and boil for about 1 minute.
 3. Once done, remove it from the water and go through running cold water for about 5 seconds.
 4. Now you're ready to cook your desired dish.
