Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our frozen fruit products. Due to the perishable nature of frozen items, returns and refunds are strictly limited to specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Inspection on Delivery

• Customers are required to check their order immediately upon delivery. • Any issue (wrong item, damaged packaging, or product not in good condition) must be reported within 24 hours with clear photo/video proof.

2. Claim Period

• Returns or quality claims must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. • After this period, no returns or claims will be accepted.

3. Accepted Returns / Claims

We accept returns or claims only in the following cases:
• Wrong item delivered • Product received damaged, spoiled, or in unsatisfactory condition

Requirements for approval:

• Item must remain unopened • Must be stored at -18°C or below at all times • Must be returned in original packaging

4. Ineligible for Returns & Claims

We do not accept returns or claims if:
• The correct product was delivered as ordered • The item was wrongly purchased by the customer and has already been processed/shipped • The product has been opened, used, or stored outside recommended conditions • The request is made after the 7-day claim period

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following conditions:

a. Wrong Purchase (Before Processing)

• If a customer realizes they ordered the wrong item but the order has not yet been processed, they may request a cancellation. • Refund will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used to repurchase the correct item. • Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within our online store.

b. Wrong Purchase (After Processing or Shipped)

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

c. Quality-Related Refunds

If a return or claim is approved due to product damage, spoilage, or wrong item sent, the refund will be issued either: • As store credit for future purchases, or • Back to the original payment method, depending on the case. • Refund method will be confirmed during the claim process.

d. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification.

6. Reminder

By signing for the delivery, you confirm the order was received in good condition. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store the products correctly at the recommended temperature to maintain quality.
